Defining Live Platform Entities

Before Multitenant users can access Live Platform using Microsoft Azure authentication, you must define the respective managed entities in Live Platform, assigning the M365 Tenant Id of the Managed entity and ensure that the relevant services are enabled:

Adding Channels

Adding Customers
